Actually to update you the truth I do have it installed but the article is that I can't get the scanner portion to work. I try to scan somethin and it come up on my computer screen but it never does! I don't even know what program to use to receive the paper contained by the scanner to show up! ANY HELP!???!

MS Word has scan ability as do the photoediting softwares, and Corel Draw. Click New and acquire figure, select twain driver to print copy.

I am not surprised. It isn't you, its the printer. Unfortunately,
all-in-one printers I would not recommend as they were
remiss contained by writing the drivers and for the most part do not
work properly close to yours. Buy a HP printer.
