Im installing fresh window xp pro sp1?

im installing fresh window xp pro sp1 but during the setup it says im missing I386\KDCOM.DLL error code 4 , ably now what do I do i dont own any boot disks and it already formated this once then it shut down because of power outage and afterwards when it went pay for to boot from cd only i tried and this is one and only what i get immediately please help

Odds are that your compact disc is either shabby or is a defective copy of the original XP disc. Boot disks are available online at :

how soon do u inevitability your system up and rinning? I can get it going.

reformat .. its untelling what the power outage did you may own to fdisk ...

place da. win xp cd in drive you speak it has format da laptop ok . restart pc near win xp in drive and step reinstall win xp if it dont go ur enjoy to go into the reformat again next set up win xp from there coz of ur power outage you can do adjectives this with win xp . cd
