I tried both answers?

I go to both sites. I think I'm expecting to see my scanner brand/model nominated and it tell me what to do. Anything that I click on past its sell-by date those pages, doesn't index what I have. Need more serve, please.

I still assume that you're scanner is the OneTouch 8100. On the page that I've given it lists the drivers and the booklet for this product, plus it also lists the FAQ's.

you didn't give the identify of your scanner so try this whatever the cross of your scanner is the maker of the scanner;budge to the address bar and type it contained by then put .com hopefully it will nick you to the site where you can scroll down until you find what you want;if your trying to install go to effective panel and click you'll find where the program for installation is,hopes this help
