I hold a new USED computer. I still want to use my out-of-date scanner, if possible. It is a Visioneer OneTouch 8100. I own the wrong CD-Rom for it. Don't have a clue how that happen. Anyway, I tried to go to their website for an updated software that I could download to my computer and install from that. It's giving me the survey point to get something free that I own NO interest in. I a short time ago want to download software so that I can use my scanner. Can anyone guide me through this, please?

That is the driver page for your scanner. You should not be prompted for any surveys. I've never encountered that back. Good luck
