I am looking for a midrange price photo scanner to be precise easy-to use, elevated point, and swiftly.?

I own looked at Canon CanoScan 9950F, Epson Perfection 4490 Photo - flatbed scanner, and Hewlett-Packard's Scanjet 5530. But, I really have no view what I am looking for. Please help!
