When trying to distribute an e-mail scan with my h/p scanner, I cannot relocate my "scan to" option from "outlook express" and for some point or other, "outlook express" will not work---Why?

Do you use Outlook Express? If not, I don't know why it would appear on your scanner. As far as I know, you can't scan something to send via Yahoo messages. Maybe someone else will have a better answer.
