Did you use the free version? If so be suspect of the numbers, they are trying to trade you their product. Download AVG antivirus from http://free.grisoft.com it is fairly voluminous but a free anitvirus program that is importantly regarded. Problems are just spyware,adware or in recent times tracking cookies. Often nothing through. Just remove the problems that you think are in actual fact problems (they give a description of respectively of them).

I run ad-ware (similar to spybot) on my wife's sister's pc...over 3000 results. Ran the remove cleanup and the majority be tekn care of.
The honest new is if Spybot found it, later Spybot can most likely remove it and problem solved. Also preserve in mind that those programs also sometimes count cookies...so a majority of the items it found may only be cookies.

If you've never done a scan with Spybot since it's possible you have that number of issues. Spybot 1.4 have the option of a restore point which will allow you to put everything pay for if there is defacement from correcting the problems. I have never used the restore point past so I can't attest to it's functionality. I would imagine that if you own 610 problems that you will probably see some improved computer functionality if you correct the issues.

nought i did a scan on my dads computer and it had over 1000 problems on it by using superantispyware. his computer worked fine after it. even better w/o the trojan on his computer so no worries
do you know if its concrete cause i found abundantly of spyware removers on the internet and most of them give falsified number to buy there products
