Somebody give me a scanner, but they did not administer me the hardware to travel near it...?
Answer:
I estimate you mean you own a scanner, but you didn't receive any software with it. What you should do is find the brand and model of your scanner. This should be printed on your scanner somewhere, usually on a sticker on the bottom. Go to the manufacturer's website. Search google for the brand first name to find this site. Look for something that says Downloads or Support. What you want to do is download the drivers for your model scanner. These typically come next to instructions on what you should do next. This should obtain you up and running.
look on it to find the make and model after google make+model+driver
You will need to stop by the manufacturers website and obtain the software for it. Windows will need the drivers installed in the past you plug in the scanner.
