I scan a document it will not transport to someone within my em-mail.?

I hold three scans respectively is about 25 MB. I reflect it is too large to dispatch. How can I reduce the MB. I know nearby is a way but I forgot how to do it.

yes your right , they fairly are big files. you have 2 option really.

send them as JPEG or as PDF files.. the following can convert them to that, I would influence PDF is better format, since it's univesally OK with emails.

also I don`t know resizing the files to screen size instead of print size might backing.. =)
scan it to a lower resolution. the lowest in yout scanner. 100dpi or smaller number and save it as JPG (not BMP). If its still bigger than 5mb, you might not know how to send it via email. Otherwise, download ACDSee and unambiguous the scanned depiction, then select "reclaim as", type in a untried filename and select location. it should compress your pic to a very small size
Depends on what format you scan it to. Converting it to a PDF file usually make a big difference in reducing the record size. There are some free PDF convertors on the internet. Just google PDF converter.
