What do you denote by photo slides?
Old slides that you need to digitize and squirrel away? You need to any buy a scanner with slide expertise or take them to a photo lab.
Once you own them on the computer, save the metaphors to a place you'll remember, then use Nero or the window utility to burn them to CD.
If you own a cd writer, just burn it using a program similar to Nero.
put it in a folder pop a disc in and on the gone hand side here is a button that says "burn to CD"
