How do you put pictures on the computer lacking a scanner or a camera?
Answer:
Take your pictures and stick them in the disc drive and then close the disc drive. The computer will know how to read the pictures.
Download them off the internet or put together some of your own using something like photoshop.
You can other run to a local Kinkos and see if they will put your pictures on a cd for you. Once you have the pictures on a cd you can put them on as several computers as you want. This will likely cost you 4 times as much money as a scanner or even a digital camera though.
you can't
bear them from another location and then download them
insert it on your floppy drive. lol
you could cassette them on there. Or put a frame on the monitor.
adjectives you can do is find a computer that does have a scanner and email the photos to yourself, or get hold of hold of a camera. far as i am aware there is no other system to get photos onto a computer!
adjectives ya need is a photo and a bonding agent, then attach it on ur monitor
or
by phone
or
by yourself
ha ha ha damn

Depends on the type of picture we are talking in the region of. I am assuming a glossy 5" picture, so my suggestion is to step to Target/Wal Mart/CVS etc. and go up to the scanner contrivance and ask to make a compact disc of the picture. Its not cost effective, but it will work. Hope this help.
Give your photos to someone you know who does have a scanner. They'll nouns them in their computer next to their scanner, then burn them on a disc for you or they can email them to you so you can print them out from your computer through your email.
The only alternative I can think of is using a usb flash drive to verbs them from a friends computer. They cost relatively little.
Or maybe you could purloin photos with your cell phone and email them to your email.
Or hold your friends email you pictures and download them from your email to your computer.
Hope this helps and Good Luck beside your pictures!
Use a memory stick or a usb drive :P
You need to already hold the photos in digital wallet format (JPG or DCF) and transfer them to your PC using a USB drive, a medium reader that can read compact flash, SD, memory stick, or the likes
you cannot create pictures short a scanner or camera, but you can transfer imagery to your PC if someone else took them for you
step 1 Hold the picture up to your monitor.
step 2 hold a hammer near your other hand
step 3 Bash the picture into the monitor as tricky as you can till the pic is in the computer.
step 4 bash yourself contained by the head several times next to the same tack hammer
*note last step will aid you to forget what you just did beside your computer and your picture
if they are on film, you can turn to get them developed and ask for them to be put on a disc as well as on prints and when you bring back the CD you purely put it in your computer and near they are! You can then upload them to put them on websites or w/e or e-mail them to someone or do doesn`t matter what you want with them.
if you want to put pics on the computer that you took yourself your out of luck. but theres some polite pictures on the internet!!
There are several ways that you can do that....
1. Save pictures that you receive in e-mail.
2. Download them stale the web.
3. Copy them from a CD-ROM.
im not sure if you can... so lately buy a camera and use a usb cable and upload pictures ( there are not as moral cameras but okay that are like $40 )
I purely right click on them and click Save as ----- I like to set different on-line pictures as background that way --- be it says set as surroundings ...
If they are pics you already have prints of (that folks have given you or that you took when you DID own a camera), you can take them to most photo processing places and draw from them scanned and also put on a disk.
From near, you can use the disk to put them on your computer. You can have someone serve you with this if you're not sure what to do.
Otherwise, you can (as others own said) download pics from the internet or emails and put them on your PC as wallpaper or screen saver, or just pick up them in a folder to look at or print next.
Well if you use a disposable camera you can take it to walmart or somewhere you go to carry your pic. developed and ask for them to be put on a cd. It cost extra but thats the only other passageway to put pic. on your computer without a scanner or a digital camera.
