at hand are some all within one printers/scanners that might be able to do it, if i be you i would go down to futureshop or best buy and ask some of the individuals there

Yes, computer/printer scanners can do that slickly. First you put the photo inside the scanner facing downwards and then press the scan button and scan it. Next, you desire how u want the photo to be printed and print it with the photo dissertation. You can save the pictures at hand too.
Another option, if you own a digital camera, would be to simply photograph the pictures. I've had some really polite results from this. Even better if you have a tripod.
