Programs like Ccleaner typically isolated out "unneccesary" systems files, such as the restore points used in system restore. So yes, you probably delete them.
Alternate Answer: Your trying to go adjectives the way subsidise to October? Restore programs usually don't hold restore points that far back. Try restoring her to a week ago. (Although I still enunciate the cleaner program wiped the restore points out)
It's probalby using the Windows System Restore element. This does not always work.

I personally have the same problem as yours. And Yes indeed it be deleted.
It's possible that the System Restore service is disabled. To check, right click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties' from the menu. Once the System Properties porthole is loaded, click the 'System Restore' tab. Is the box "Turn off system restore" checked? If so, it be turned off formerly CCleaner had ever be used which takes the blame rotten you.
you people hold to be carefull on using these things because the program doesn't care what it take out or what it thinks is second-hand goods you're gonna notice that flash player doesn't work properly any anymore so if it doesn't go to the flash site and check out for the un-install for it run it and then turn back to re-install it, there's a free program call "Advanced Windows Care" download that and run it don't worry there's no ad-ware within it run it but take your time look through what it come put a bet on with if it say it's invalid get rid of it and so on
