first tell me how did you cannect the scanner to your PC ? Via USB?
Ok the scanner.s collection should have included a disc with a scan and eciting software, if you cannot find this CD follow these steps (presuming you own WINDOWS XP).
-Goto My computer(double click the icon on the desktop)
-search between the drives for your scanner's name(there -should be a scanner god, with your model name)
-double click on this god
-choose microsoft camera and scanner wizard
-follow the step by step
-give me 10 points and a nice smile (P.S I care more give or take a few the nice smile)
We need more detail. What liberal of scanner? Name, brand, model # etc. Do you have the software correctly installed?
