How do I blow up microfiche frames using my workstation & scanner? Any special software available? Thanks!?

I am using an HP Scanjet 4070 Photosmart scanner near a home-built PC. Normally, I can figure out how to do darned hard by anything with my system, but this process have me over a barrel.

I entail to figure this out contained by order to print out the "out of print" parts list for my riding mower. It's the only bearing I can get parts for it. Any serve is appreciated. Thanks!

Answer:
The scanner you reference is a obedient scanner for slides and negatives so it should fiddle with microfiche. The question is, do you truly have the microfiche on paw (very unusual)? If you go to the library and procure the microfiche from them, you can use their microfiche viewer which will print the page out for you. Otherwise, scan the pages needed as a unenthusiastic with your scanner later take into a photo editing program, Invert the photo and amplify to the size needed. You should scan at at least 1200 dpi to go and get a good readable page.
Take the microfiche to Office Max or anything. Tell them your problem, and that you will buy the cheapest scanner that will work. They would not mind scanning on different scanners until you be happy.

I do not know my scanner model; I own been competent to scan some pretty small items with flawless detail. But microfiche - that might be a challenge.

I do know that in attendance are products that convert microfiche to a file.

Or you could simply ask someone there how to procure your 4070 to work.
