I hold a lexmark 1240 all-in-one, the printer works find, but for some common sense it wont scan anymore?

I own Vista. But I have scan recently and it worked purely find than. I haven't changed anything and it doesnt scan at all. I cant even find the all-in-one tool on my computer?

Answer:
Go into control panel. Look for scanners and cameras. Click on the statue and the Wizard will appear. Use this Wizard to scan your pics. I have indistinguishable all-in-one. That is the only method I can make mine work.
Try reinstalling the software collection that came next to the printer
mys too at first it was working and the printer wasn't working so i reset it adjectives and then i have put it back on my computer and the printer start off to work but now the scan want work..= (
dont worry. freshly reinsall the scanner[cd] and it ill work only just fine
