What's wrong next to my scanner?

1.) What could own cause it to be?

Answer:
Did you not long download a new program? Before you do any of the following, I would recommend for you to uninstall everything that have to do with your scanner such as the software, drivers, etc. Head out to HP and download the most recent drivers and software. While your doing this, you should unplug the scanner from the wall and your computer. You want to install the software and drivers before you plug the scanner wager on to the computer and see if that works. Then do the following. LINK BELOW for additional info.

How weak is the scanner? Is the entire picture black or is it black and white? Try adjusting the settings such as portrait color and resolution. If none of these help, later maybe the figurine reader on the scanner is broken.

If it's recent, I'd suspect a broken wire or nouns. If and only if you are handy beside such things, open it up and bring a look. Usually you can see mechanical wound. Be especially watchful around moving parts resembling that ribbon cable and its attachment points. Use a magnifying chalice if necessary. With luck, it'll be something simple approaching a broken wire.
