Can you assist me; i've get a trojan fakealert virus and i can't find rid of it for right?!?!?

Yesterday I have deleted adjectives the files my scanner had said that be infected and then it said my computer be safe but beside one file said to be contained by danger but a moment ago now it get infected again and now i enjoy to get rid of it again. but merely after that I just get rid of it with a final scan next to showing that nothing be infected again. Will it come back? How does it save coming back? Is it a really serious virus that will affect my other users or will it just affect me? I call for helpto get rid of it for accurate! Oh and if your going to answer my question, please answer adjectives of them please or just read out you don't know. Thanks!
