How do i capture rid of scrape disks from my computer?

my computer does not permit me scan my pictures and other stuff because it says "scratch disk are full" but how do i procure rid of it ??

Are you using any Adobe products such as Photoshop & PhotoDeluxe? This could only expect that your hard drive is full. Try to run a cleanup by going to Start> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup. Check out also this site:
