It keep shutting down & restarting when I'm using any other application, (and it tells "Microsoft window error"). I've reinstalled again & same problem occurred. what will I do? The worst is, the record recovery doesn't work, so i can't free what i have encoded contained by any office application.

You may stipulation to get the unusual PC checked. Bad ram does this as will a bleak harddrive, bad cable, fruitless power supply etc. If it is just ONE application that application may be the culprit.
