You have an orphaned entry surrounded by your registry. The registry contains information that populates the list you see contained by the Add/Remove list, it doesn't truly verify to see if that installation still exists or not.
Check in your Program Files directory or even possibly the root directory (typically c:\) for a folder name "Virtual DJ" (it may be named after the developer though so you may obligation to sleuth around for it), if you cannot find it then the progam's be removed improperly and the entry is merely an annoyance in your Add/Remove enumerate. If it's still there but the system cannot remove it from the Add/Remove panel next you can always gut it by delete the installation folder but you'll leave items it placed contained by the registry.
Cleanest way to do it (without hunting through the registry) is to install it again and consequently run the uninstall, this will install it on top of what's allready nearby adding no mess and when you run the uninstall it should remove everything placed on your system and remove the Add/Remove entry.

Find the directory that the program be installed into and delete that directory. Then reboot and run a registry cleaner and it Will remove any files referenced to the program in the registry. You may want to win TweakuiXP, its a tool that comes in handy beside windows, you can remove the program from the join remove program in control panel after delete the program. This will not remove all the files from your system but will disable it from starting and any conflict you may be have.
Some progs. will not allow you to ever wipe them off. MSN is a classic exaple.
But you can stop them wasting your sensible megs on your drive by stopping them at birth, i.e. startup or reboot.
I have found Scotty is a virtuous prog for stopping this sort of stuff. Whilst you cannot delete the stuff, you can stop it messing up your computer.

It looks complicated - and don't touch anything you don't understand. But click on Start-up progs, later get rid of the prog. It doesn't wipe the prog from your comp - nought will - but it will stop it starting up. It will tell you what progs are currently running, and one and the same thing applies.
Hope this help. But also try a bit of control over people who use your computer!
