Help...I hold a computer query!?

when I step to print, the "print" wndow pops up, but there's no words, it's all squares or bar where the words should be. And when I check "print preview", across the top near are no words and again its all bar or squares...what does this mean? My printer prints fine... What can I do to fix this...remove and reinstall my software? Do I hold a virus? I have scan using norton, even in undisruptive mode but have come up near nothing...please give a hand me!

This sounds close to a driver problem. This can usually be repaired by (like you said), uninstalling all printer software and after reinstalling it back from the disk. If the problem persist, visit the manufacturer's website, budge to their support section, and see if they volunteer any updated drivers for your printer.

What font are you using on your PC?
It could be that the font is not accepted by the workstation as a standard display.

Do you have anything else besides norton? Do you enjoy ada-ware removal tool? Spyware removal tools?

If not I suggest you download one for both subjects and rescan.

well first point you need a program cd where on earth you keep rest of youre other programs cd's and find a cd nickname the printer and scanner . you should got one alike that beingin the time you have youre computer when you brought it from the store or order it from a computer company ? if you odnt know that you get one those cd in the post from the packages . maybe you can force out around youre home see if there any folder or files that you do hold on to all the historic things in undisruptive place maybe at hand is cd's that you do own before. if you odnt get anythig alike that you can go to online,but im not sure where on earth you can download a program for printer.
