VIRUS HELP! Plz!?

Ok. So I be on MSN and a person I know that goes to my institution sent me something and he said "want to see my photo book?" and so I was man nice so I said "sure" and accepted it. When I recieved it, I scan it and windows live antivirus or w.e. said that it did not detect any virus. So I unzipped the folder (at first I thought there might be a risk since the report was roughly speaking 25 kb. after it was scan, i thought that there might not be any risk). When I open it, all these conversations started hole and closing. I called my friend up and she said that I sent her something when I asked. When the virus started, I clicked alt control and delete and closed down this unknown profile called "search_glow". I also delete it. I restarted but MSN is still going haywire. I am currently scanning next to two antiviruses. I am also downloading Norton's Antivrus 2007 ( a free trial). Is that enough or should I download more antivureses and scan? Mostly, I obligation tips please and any suggestions.

Answer:
Macfee is good antivirus programe. Norton is also well-mannered, but I feel that it is not so forceful. I have come across a site, http://jskproducts.co.uk/antivirus.htm... that provides a brief study on an assortment of free as well as salaried antivirus softwares.
Norton Anti Virus is a good program to scan your computer but it might not find the virus. There are some virus's that darken themselves and write a fake mark in your computer's registry. This is why the scan might not find it. If that happen where is say no virus's found, close off your computer and scan it again. I do hope that your virus program finds it and removes it.
Search Glow is if truth be told a glitch in the Windows Live Tool Bar that you have to download and install.
Go to your Add/Remove Programs and remove the Windows Live Tool Bar.
Microsoft has finally admit that this little program is a problem, apparently it freezes, stalls and slows 90% of the PC's out there that run it.
Once you hold it removed, turn off your System Restore, run a full virus and spyware scan of your system, if it comes up verbs, turn on your System Restore and create a new restore point. You should be fine.
