Can't transport a fax next to my lexmark X2350?

Hi I borrowed my moms 3-in-one X2350 Lexmark so I can do some faxes. I enjoy installed it, updated the drivers and I can print and photocopy but I can't send or recieve faxes. I own called lexmark 2 times and both times hold not had the problem resloved. They don't even appear to have culture of the products.

The one time I tried to fax I recieved 2 error messages.

1. No print driver installed for the application.

I clicked ok then..

2.The fax be not scheduled next to the fax sloutions software.

The next time I tried to dispatch a fax I got the message one-time to connect.

If anyone can make any suggestions, I would be so grateful.

Answer:
There is no fax built surrounded by this model.

It can only print received faxes.

If you are using window, make sure you join the window component for Faxing (control panel/add remove programs/add remove window components) which will allow to you fax from some Microsoft Programs if you have a modem knowledgeable of faxing.

I'd scan what you'd want to fax, and fax it from Microsoft Word, if you have it. If you don't, or hold XP, the link is a worthy guide.
