How do i put a picture i own found and put it as my picture on my comp?

Open the picture and right click, set as background
Easy instrument right click go to amass as or save and pick the profile you would like to let go it in ...it should be in motion to your documents picture file automatically ~~~> ;o)
You get to be more specific than that either you get to scan it or right click and save as or right click and set as milieu.
If it's a print, scan the picture and save it as a profile. Locate the file (not amenable it as someone suggested) and right-click it. Choose Save as Background.
