1. Uninstall the program you hold installed from the CD.
2. Check the connections.
3. Restart the computer.

6. It will ask you to put the required driver CD (if you have) into the drive.
7. do it.
8. it will detect the appropriate driver from the cd and your program will be installed.

plug you camera to ubs port and restart if yo hold window xp it will find the hardware itself
