Rightclick on the Wallpaper
Left Click on Personalize
Click on Theme
Click on Aero Theme
or
Go to Registry
Click on Start
Click on Run
Type Regedit
Click OK
Navigate to
HKeyCurrentUser
Software
Microsoft
Windows
DWM
On the right side, Make sure
Composition = 1
CompositionPolicy = 2
Right click on the command prompt and run as admin:
network stop uxsms
net start uxsms
