I found that the best one for my buck and it be the HP 2575 all within one and it sold at office max but staples sold it to me for the best price and if you find it cheaper next to in 30 days of your purchuse they will repayment you the money. mine was $80 bucks dutiful luck
Canon makes some worthy, reasonably priced scanners. I get mine a Fry's Electronics for around $50. The scans come out fail-safe.
I have an HP 6300, never used, You can be in motion to their sebsite and check out the specs. I think I still own to masks for unenthusiastic scanning still next to it, and the original software. visoneer get a flatbed as they are the most vesitile DON't go and get an all within one as the drivers conflict alot unless you need those I am hooked on HP for printers but use a laserjet a honest printer is useful a scanner as long as it is 48 bit doesnt thing that much
