I HAVE THE SMAE ONE BUT I JUST OPEN WINDOWS AND GO TO INSERT AN DTHEN TO INSERT PIX FROM SCANNER I DONT PUSH TEH SCAN TO BUTTON ON TEH SCANNER MAYBE THIS HELPS SORRY IF NOT
