How can I scan an out-of-date book that will not fit in to a flatbed scanner? Hand scanner? Suggestions?! It is fragile and reasonably large so I can not freshly pop it open and stick it surrounded by a flatbed scanner. Any ideas? What roughly speaking the hand held scanners, anyone use those?
