the hp is ok but i use that more for photocopy. its a 3 within one..but the scanner i use for my photography is a visioneer..its brill..ill never be next to out it. and believe me i do a hell of a lot of photography..
no situation what scanner you end up near keep the cup clean or you'll grasp smudges in your similes.

We have an Epson scan and print it is really cool it can scan your pic as okay as negative and prints really nice it be relatively cheap considering $129.
As far as actual quality, HP and Epson are nearly the same, but the software that comes next to Epson is much easier to use and has heaps more features. I have also found that Epsons concluding longer. Whatever you get, set the resolution (dpi) giant to get the best point.
