How do you find any device drivers on photo depression 4 does not work on camera scanner after clicking on pho

once I click on photo and stir to camera/scanner nothing happen have the picture contained by printer and does not scan tells me that no device drivers can be found I hold ArcSoft Photo Impression 4 on my computor thanks rp

This is what you do to check your drivers
1.Click Start, click Control Panel, and consequently click Performance and Maintenance.

2.Click See basic information almost your computer.

3.In the System Properties dialog box, click the Hardware tab.

4.Click Device Manager.

5.In the Device Manager console, right-click the device whose driver you want to rollback, and then click Properties. If the device is inoperative, it will likely appear beside a red X or a yellow query mark.

6. Right click on the device and chose, update Driver.

Note: if it be working before and you've done some class of update, you can chose rollback driver and it will put it as it was since:)
