Scanner assist plz.?

my scanner make blue streaks on every thing i scan. is near anyway to stop this?

It SOUNDS like the scanner may be defective. *IF* it is, there's nil you, yourself can do about it and the cost of have it repaired compaired to simply buying a new one is prohibitive....

ONE piece you can try before you have a sneaking suspicion that about buying a foreign scanner is:

1: Go to the Scanner's Manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers and software for your scanner model.

2: UNinstall the drivers and software.

3: SHUT DOWN your computer, *NOT* Restart.

4: Wait 2-5 minutes BEFORE restarting computer.

5: Restart computer and consequently install the NEW drivers and software according to the manufacturer's instructions. SOME require that you NOT have the scanner plugged contained by when installing the drivers, software..... SOME require that you DO have the scanner plugged contained by...

READ THE FACTORY INSTRUCTIONS!
You scanner may be broken. The head may not be correctly scan the documents and makes it blue. Get a unusual scanner.
try cleaning the Glass and or reinstalling the software.
