This can only be done if you hold the full version of Acrobat (not a short time ago the reader).
Scan your document and save as a pdf folder. Open in FULL Acrobat, choose the form field, insert individual fields into respectively area into which you want the expertise to 'type.' Switch back to everyday mode and you will be able to riddle it in.
This cannot be done any other road since a scan, and pdf itself are essentially graphic-type files. You MUST have the full ($299) revision of Acrobat to change the scan file surrounded by anyway.
Why not use Microsoft office and type what you want within it then print it, otherwise it's wasting your time scan a blank doc. :P
