I enjoy bought a scanner, scan a document & want to repress the paper. How do i reclaim document to excell?

The document with the sole purpose seems to be capable of be edited in Paint or window photo gallery. I need excell or word to repress. Any ideas please.

Answer:
u call for Optical Character Recognition software !
Does your scanner have OCR?
I didn't deliberate you could do this on your average scanner... unless perhaps some high-tech scanner or software is out within i don't know about?
you cannot bowdlerize a text coz you scan the exact document...it will appear as it is..
now if you want to gag the text, you can jus scan the logo or drawing in that, and then
the manual, you type it and insert it in your scan logo or pic...to make it legitimate...coz if you will edit it and the font used on that document
is not exactly available surrounded by your laptop/pc, then it will be extremely obvious that you edited it..
on your compters software for the scanner, see if in that is a option that allows you to put aside it too either a "word" or a "PDF" record and then rescan... that should fix the problem

(with the PDF, you should be capable of go into it and copy and afterwards paste the document into word)
Obtain an OCR software.

Abbyy FineReader is number one contained by my opinion.
You can find others.
You inevitability Optical Character Recognition software(OCR). A scanner makes an symbol file(picture), not a text folder.
Abby is shareware so you only return with a trial, theres bound to be a free one on the internet somewhere though.

I'm not sure what the export options are, if it doesn't hold an 'export to excel' option you'll own to export to Notepad and import the info into Excel from in attendance.

These are safe, legally recognized download sites. Some of the programs are shareware and some are freeware;

You can check out for other OCR software here.
you need an OCR program (Optical traits recognition)
the scanner should have come next to one if its any good, save you should be able to find a free one, or a trial one on the lattice, just google it.
Normally, the just way to store it is as Picture a PDF file or a Rich Text File (editable)
when you expand your scanner do you have an selection of where to scan to if so select word later it will be a word doc
They're right, you need an OCR ( Optical Character Recognition) program.

The links below are to some Free OCR programs.

Also, check the 3rd connect if you have MS Office....
You probably want to cut the document in Word.

You enjoy scanned it as an figure. In order to hold a file you can cut with Word or some other word processor program, you hold to scan it, then transport it to an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) compatible program such as Word, using editable text or OCR mode.

Of course, your scan software has to support the OCR function, so it is best to consult the documentation for it.

OCR is great for abundant things, but the accuracy may be individual around 98%, so you may have to correct the errors using the imaginative document as a reference.
