How can i scan document whit my printer HP LASERJET 3200 , when i press scan appear waiting for workstation and nothing hapens ,the printer its conected to my workstation by USB please help THANKS

Waiting for PC money the "event" was sent to the PC, but the scan software on the PC side was not responding.
Did you install ALL of the programs on the driver disk? Did you configure the push buttons?
