Manually cleaning out the ink within printer?

I own a CX600 Stylus Printer/copier/scanner. I still have ink not here but my documents that I print won't show. Using Alignment and clean nozzle functions won't support. Friend said that the ink in the printer have dried out. I think I have need of to manually clean the ink out of the printer. I've be unscrewing bolts here and there trying to find something. theres a panel at the rear. I unscrewed the panel and I see a small clear tube thats on top of what looks approaching absorbing pad. I meditate I need to somehow verbs it. Now, what do I do?

Firstly, what makes you chew over that the absorbent wad needs to be cleaned?

If you're not seeing any blinking lights which might indicate that the printer is within an error state, don't go pulling it apart.

If the printer sit idle for more than a few days, it's potential that your print heads are clogged next to dried ink.

If you've already replaced the cartridges, the fresh ink will eventually soften and back dissolve the clogs when you run your cleaning cycles.

If you've already tried a few head cleaning cycles, keep hold of going! You can run several in a row until the clogs are cleared.

Epson printers use a suction pump that increases the amount of vacuum next to each successive cleaning cycle, so don't pass up too soon. Try at least 4 cleaning cycles back you move on to a instruction manual cleaning.
