I own an HP all-in-one printer. My computer will not install my printer or run the Hp digital imaging program
Answer:
Check the port you enjoy the printer hooked up to.
See if it working properly and has no conflicts, control panel, hardware devices.
Plug it surrounded by and then lower than control panel add modern hardware.
It should recognize it and will run the wizard and ask you for the installation drivers.

That's not a whole lot of information. My first guess is you don't enjoy administrative privileges on your computer. Call HP support at 1-800-HP-INVENT
You might try adding more run into. Always try hp support first.
im having like peas in a pod problem with mine too. my computer crashed on me and i get it going again. but it wont let me download my same printer or anything else that i have on it before.
