After power dud, my hp psc 2400 photosmart series all-in-one will not respond within anyway solitary blinks. Help!

If you did not have it plugged into a surge protector later something might have be burned out. Also you can try and unplug it for 15 Min's or so and try it again. I know this is a dumb question but you did be paid sure there be paper surrounded by it?if all else fail you will have to lug it to a professional or replace it .good luck to you
