Are expired printer cartridges still usable?

I can tell you beside a new printer ink tape, if you don't use your printer enough and the expiration date is still right, the ink jets will clog or dry up and you wil enjoy ink in the videotape and it will not come out.

The ink inside are tested for a period of time, once they out, the element will degrade, so contained by theory they are still useable, lately you may get lower power printouts, if they are too old, next they may even clot the printheads
You can still use the ink, but it will probably be of lesser part than that of newer ink. The expiration date is more like a "best if used by" date. Good luck!
They Shouldnt be a problem if it be in a hermetically sealed bag, However if they are ink tank and dry up you can burn out the print heads, however if it is approaching the HP cartridges with the print head attached to the tank you really own nothing to verbs about.
Ummm, try it. If they work, they are fine. If not, consequently they are no good.
