My printer doesn't print any post minus restarting my workstation! any clue!!?

Is this a net printer? If so you may have to log onto it. I hold the same problem every morning! I hold to access that pc and log on as administrator up to that time my pc will even recognise that the printer is available on the see to share. Before finding this solution I had to restart everything respectively day.
