Please serve beside Excel page. It enjoy nought to do beside my printer.?
In the Excel when I needed to fill contained by the color. First, I am high lighting the place I wanted to crawl the color in. Then, I click the arrow at compress color and click the color I chose. It did high street light, but it only show on my print preview. It didn’t show on my quality newspaper. Please tell me what I did wrong, and what I inevitability to re-do the installing? I have Microsoft Office Word 2003 don and students.
It have nought to do with my printer. I get an excellent printer that print color, black and write and make copy. My interview is about the Excel page itself. Why it didn’t show up within the page?
Answer:
1. open the report, click print preview
2. click setup... button, sheet tab, if draft quality should be unchecked, as it will skip graphics
3. black and white should be unchecked too, as it will turn colors into greyscale printing.
4. click ok button at lower right corner to confirm the translate
5. print the doc again
you should have the colour vertebrae on print :)
Print it as a pdf file. If no colors, next Excel is probably the cause. Otherwise, its your printer setup. Sometimes the problem is solved by going the roundabout road eg print it as pdf, later print the pdf file. Since you are a giant scorer, I assume you know how to go give or take a few it.
