if you can afford the purchase price of a laser machine, i notably recommend it. i agree with the other answerers, near inkjets you have toprint at lowest possible once a day, or once every other light of day. with lasers, nah, it's a powder. however if you enjoy a high moisture content within your air, you might want to appropriate this into consideration. i'm not sure, but i would think that the excess moisture could wreak the powder to get adjectives 'clumpy'. but if that is not the bag i would get the laser.

You requirement to print something out everyday even if it is an e-mail, or pick any on the net and print it.
The ink is made of Dry plastic powder, so there's nil to dry. There's nothing that can travel wrong with a laser printer from paucity of use, other than dust problems, which can slickly be remedied by using Can of Air.
I have an Epson actionlaser 1500 purchased contained by Dec. 1993.
It is still on the original toner videotape. My wife was an elementary professor and used it almost daily for academy work, (150 pages/week). She retired 5 yrs ago so the printing has dropped path off. Maybe 1 page per month and they are as clear as sunshine 1. All I ever did was remove the videotape occasionally and twist it from side to side to re-distribute the toner.
