Contact a local pusher, and see what they offer. If you let go on purchase price, expect cost per page to be higher.
If you don't plan to print ample volumes, a low cost printer will be fine, going to do a lot, spend more on printer for lower overall cost of use through it's lifetime.
Also remember if you want fitting quality, use a clad "high Brightness, Non Coated" newspaper in it, but NEVER inkjet coated photo broadsheet, it MELTS in the fuser, and that costs $$$$$ to fix . . . as user error is usually FULLY chargeable . .
