Has anyone refill their ink cartridges on their printer, what be the result?

I hold it done all the time. It is soooo much cheaper and the results are exactly matching. But you will need to eventually replace your cartridges after in the order of 6 or 7 refills as I achieve slight blurring in the print after that. But it still save you a fortune in cartridges.
I used to it beside my old printer near good nouns, but I tried to do it at the weekend with my current printer, (Epson Sylus RX425,) but cannot as the chip contained contained by the cartidge has a memory, and wants to be reset.
Epson have done this to stop those refilling their ink cartridges, and so you hold to buy new ones from them.
I fill the black cartidge but buy the colour no problems so far.
I have singular ever bought one lot of cartridges.I take them to tape world and get them refill,colour and black/white. So much cheaper and have have no problems to date.
Hi had a lexmark printer/scanner have a go at refill cartridges not much success, more ink on my hand than anything. Sold printer purchased Epson very cheap copy cartridges so don't bother refill now.
Filled successfully next to Canon -- but print heads give out after a couple of fills.

I've refill Epson cartridges over and over -- but cartridges need a chip resetter worth more or less $8-10, available at some computer stores or Ebay. Print results have be good overall.

Generally, refill is messy, and can be hit and miss, but it's worth a try if your cartridges are expensive, and most are.

With the price of Lasers down as far as they are, that's the route I'm going next time.

The result : The tape got ink immediately!
It's best to send the cartridges bad to a professional re-filler!
It's a messy business and ,if you try doing this yourself, you will end up next to ink everywhere!
Remember! Printer manufacturers guarantees will be null and negated if you use remanufactured/reused cartridges!
If you want cheap cartridges, try eBay, you can get most cartridges (OEM & remanufactured) at fundamentally reasonable prices.
I used an Inktec fill kit which took me a total of 10 minutes to fill up on and was a nouns. I had no problems near any steps and they even had a window media video which help me understand the written instructions. I would definitly progress with the fill up on kit for two reason; money and time. I hope this helps.
