Do you know of any printer to be precise faster than an Oki-Data Turbo dot matrix printer?

It's going to depend on what you're printing. If you're printing on carbon-copy, multipart, or continuous-feed forms, consequently you'll probably have to stick beside the dot matrix. The fastest I've found is one from Epson (DFX9000), but I don't think you want to settle the 3 grand.
However, if you're basically printing normal page (no carbon copy, or continuous feed), then look at a laser printer. Most print in the region of 17-22 pages per minute, and cost around between $100-200.
