No! Epson have been around the longest but have had some qaulity issues contained by then departed. At my work we had 40 Epson 600s, a few 740 and a couple of other models and they give us a lot of trouble. We have about 12 HP 970, CSE, CXI and they worked great! HP inks are like mad more expensive. I suggest you look at CNET.com Remember budget, photo printer or just average paper amd a few photos (faster & less expensive)
No. They're different brands beside different cartridges, last I know of.
Epson and HP are different brands. But go for HP if you hold to buy a new printer.
HP printers are different than Epson. Where as HP printers use fluid ink, Epson printers use Gel ink which tend to dry out faster if not used frequently.
The feature of printing is comparable in both printers.
