printer have 4 cartridges blk,cyan,yellow,magenta. individual prints on 2 first cartridges. did color print test put within new cartridges still wont print. changed color cartridges around they adjectives print . sounds like a horse-drawn carriage problem or something any suggestions

it could be a blockage of the ink where the go before hits the paper, u can use some white spirit to clear the jet this should fix the problem, if this doesnt work i would advise contact brother and see what they enunciate.
