That cartridge is a Lexmark one so the process itself shouldn't be too difficult. I don't know what that tackle looks like or what it includes, but here are some instructions (in PDF format, so be patient) for a similar tape:

Dell printers would work one and only and only next to Dell cartridges, so never ever try something different.
