My Epsons (R200 & R220) own a seperate printer utility app that came near the drivers called "Epson Printer Utility". Hope this help!
Are you sure you're just not out of or low on ink? If not
Go into
Applications >> Utilities >> Print Center >> Configure
Select your printer and you should know how to go from in that
^^^^^thats the ticket...or if you see color's that aren't supposed to be there or slight linage within the prints just go and get a new videotape.
